When it comes to Photikon quality, we know that our customers trust us with their reputation and we understand the importance of that responsibility. As an engineering-based company, we take pride in our Quality Assurance personnel.
While our R&D labs design quality into our products, our Quality Assurance Personnel make sure that quality is consistent. The responsibility of Photikon Quality Assurance Team is to be our own in-house testing laboratory. Ensuring long-term quality and consistency is the foundation of all levels of customer satisfaction.
All incoming components are inspected prior to being released to production and all toner cartridges and maintenance kits are built per a bill of materials.
Even after our cartridges are manufactured, we meticulously test them to ensure that they perform in any environment. In addition, we consistently evaluate OEM and other competitors’ cartridges to benchmark Photikon’s quality with the current market options. We have partnered with The Rochester Institute of Technology for specific testing requirements to maintain the highest quality product.
