Return Policy and Procedures
Photikon Corporation accepts returned products based on the following reasons:
Core Credit/Core Exchange:
- Remember to recycle: Photikon encourages you to recycle your used cores by calling Photikon at (800) 200-3130. We will assign a “Return Goods Authorization” (RMA) number prior to shipping the product to us. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the box. This will ensure prompt and accurate identification and tracking of your returned shipment.
- Pack the product in the original box and end caps to prevent breakage during shipping.
Defective Material Claim:
- To file a defective product claim, call Photikon at (800) 200-3130 to obtain a “Defective Material Claim” (RMA) number from Photikon prior to returning the product. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the box. This will ensure prompt and accurate identification and tracking of the returned product.
- Photikon will fax or email the defective material claim form. This form must be completed and faxed or emailed back to Photikon prior to receiving an RMA number. Please include the serial number, page count, error code, machine type and description of the problem.
- Ship the consumable to Photikon along with several print samples of the problem. Package the product in the original box to prevent breakage during shipment.
- Consumables received broken or damaged due to poor packaging will not be tested, and no credit or replacement will be issued.
- Photikon Corporation will test the consumables in question and generate a Defective Material Summary Report. Disposition of the material will be determined by a Photikon customer service representative.
- Should the product be diagnosed as defective, replacement product or invoice credit will be issued, no cash refunds.
- Should the product be diagnosed as acceptable, the product will be returned at the customer’s expense.
- Photikon Corporation’s Product Conditional Warranty expires six (6) months after the invoice date.
A restock fee of 25% will be assessed for products approved for return by Photikon Corporation.
